摘要
新冠肺炎疫情对我国社会经济发展产生了较大影响,后疫情时代的高校毕业生就业工作仍面临重大挑战。疫情防控常态化下的封闭管理导致毕业生难以外出实习,企业招聘岗位减少、线上招聘信息流通不畅、招聘平台建设不完善等因素加重了学生的就业负担。高校要完善就业工作体系,营造积极就业氛围;加强就业价值引领,帮助学生树立就业信心;拓宽就业工作渠道,优化服务模式;加强就业指导教育,提升就业能力;着力破难点,帮扶就业困难学生。
The pandemic has a great impact on China sdevelopment.The employment of college graduates in the post pandemic era is still a major challenge.The closed management mode under the normalization of pandemic prevention and control makes it difficult for graduates to go out for internship,the reduction of enterprise recruitment posts,the poor circulation of online recruitment information,the incomplete construction of recruitment platform and other factors,which further aggravates the employment burden of students.Colleges and universities should improve the employment system and create a positive employment atmosphere,strengthen the guidance of employment value and establish students employment confidence,broaden the channels of employment and optimize the service mode,strengthen employment guidance education and improve graduates employment ability,focus on breaking through difficulties and help students with employment difficulties.
