“一座五彩缤纷的大厦”:巴别尔小说叙事结构的多元性

摘要 根据故事叙事者与隐含作者的不同关系,巴别尔小说的叙事结构主要包括“单一式”“交叉式”和“框架式”三类,体现出比较典型的多元性特征。在“单一式”叙事结构中,叙事者以旁观者或参与者的身份出场,讲述故事描绘情节,由此形成叙事者和人物彼此区分的双层叙事结构;在“交叉式”叙事结构中,隐含作者出场与叙事者退场相伴而生,贯穿始终,叙事视角多变,由此形成隐含作者、叙事者和人物相互缠绕,彼此交织的多层叙事结构;在“框架式”叙事结构中,隐含作者、叙事者与人物形象鲜明,层叠分明,由此形成层次叠生的嵌套叙事结构。究其缘由,巴别尔小说叙事结构的多元性,与巴别尔的小说诗学理念、俄罗斯小说叙事传统、西欧小说叙事资源和新的时代主题等诸多因素密不可分。 According to the different relations between the narrator and the implied author, the narrative structure of Isaac Babel’s novels generally includes three types, such as single type, cross type and frame type. In the single narrative structure,the narrator as a bystander or participant tells the story and describes the plot, and forms a two-level discourse structure of the narrator’s language level and the character’s language level.In the cross-narrative structure, the narrator as an omniscient perspective organizes plots to tell stories, and forms a multi-level structure of the author’s evaluation level, the narrator level and the character level. In the frame narrative structure, the implied authors, narrators and characters interweave and intertwine with each other, and form a multi-level structure with overlapping layers. Different factors, such as Babel’s poetic ideas, Russian narrative tradition and western narrative resources, make Babel’s novels not only have the diversity of narrative structure, but also full of historical features and social system discipline.
