摘要
阐述城市防洪安全重要性,分析城市防涝存在的安全问题,如接近河流城市的防洪安全问题,强降水城市的防涝安全问题,并对城市特点进行分析,针对上述城市防涝安全问题给出防治策略。
This paper expounds the importance of urban flood control safety,analyzes the safety problems existing in urban waterlogging prevention,such as flood control safety problems for close to the river city,heavy rainfall city waterlogging safety problems,and analyzes the characteristics of the city,and gives prevention and control strategies for the above urban waterlogging safety problems.
