摘要
以多孔端面液膜机械密封为研究对象,建立理论计算模型,通过有限差分法求解雷诺方程得到密封性能参数,其中包括开启力、液膜刚度、泄漏量、摩擦扭矩。在MATLAB环境下开发一个密封性能计算软件,给出主要设计思路,实现了密封性能参数计算。通过一个算例介绍所设计的软件的应用,并分析几何结构参数与操作参数对密封性能的影响。结果表明,该软件具有良好的可视化效果、操作简单,方便工程技术人员的使用。
A theoretical analysis model of micro-pore face mechanical seal was established,and the seal performance parameters,including opening force,liquid film stiffness,leakage and friction torque,were obtained by solving Reynolds equation with finite difference method.Sealing performance calculation software was developed in the MATLAB development environment.The main design ideas were given,and the calculation of performance parameters was realized.The application of the designed software was introduced through an example,and the influence of geometric structure parameters and operating parameters on sealing performance was analyzed.The results show that the software has good visualization effect,simple operation,and is convenient for engineers.
