摘要
黄腹角雉Tragopan caboti为我国特有雉类,国家一级重点保护野生动物。2018—2021年利用人工巢和视频监测技术对浙江乌岩岭国家级自然保护区内黄腹角雉的孵化期与孵卵行为进行了监测。基于9巢数据,发现野生黄腹角雉的产卵时间集中在3月下旬至4月中旬,窝卵数为3~5枚。成功孵化4巢的结果显示,孵化期为31.33 d±0.62 d,孵卵时长为683.98 h±7.81 h;每日离巢次数多为1~2次,且个体差异较大;每日离巢时间均值与孵卵天数呈负相关(Spearman相关系数ρ=-0.568,P=0.001)。本文首次揭示了野生黄腹角雉种群的孵化期,并为深入了解其孵卵行为提供了新的数据支撑。
Cabot’s tragopan(Tragopan caboti)is an endemic pheasant in China and a classⅠnationally key protected species.From 2018 to 2021,camera monitoring technology and artificial nests were used to monitor the incubation period and incubation behavior of wild T.caboti population in the Wuyanling National Nature Reserve,Zhejiang Province.Based on the monitoring data of 9 nests,we found that the spawning time was ranged from late March to mid-April,and the clutch size was 3-5.Through the statistical analysis of the hatching data,we found that the incubation period was 31.33 d±0.62 d,and the incubation time was 683.98 h±7.81 h.The frequency of leaving the nest was 1-2 times per day,and the individual difference was apparent.There was a negative correlation between the mean daily departure time and incubation days(Spearman correlation coefficientρ=-0.568,P=0.001).This study uncovers the incubation period of wild T.caboti populations for the first time and contributes to understanding the incubation behavior of this endangered species.
