摘要
建立红外光谱法测定轴承润滑油脂中润滑脂的含量。确定最佳测试条件:分辨率为4 cm^(–1),扫描范围为(4000~650)cm^(–1),扫描次数为16次。选择1724 cm^(–1)峰作为定量润滑脂的特征峰,以一定浓度梯度配制了一系列混合油脂。结果表明,润滑脂质量分数在50%~100%范围内与1724 cm^(–1)吸收峰面积线性关系良好,相关系数为0.9996,检出限为0.045%。平行样品测定结果的相对标准偏差为0.51%~0.64%(n=6),平均回收率为98.7%~101.3%。该法可用于快速分析混合油脂中的润滑脂含量。
An infrared spectroscopy method was established to analyze the content of lubricating grease in bearing lubricating grease.The best test conditions were given:the resolution was 4 cm^(–1),the scanning range was(4000–650)cm^(–1),and the number of scans was 16 times.The peak of 1724 cm^(–1) was selected as the characteristic peak of quantitative grease,and a series of mixed greases were prepared with a certain concentration gradient.The results showed that the mass fraction of grease had a good linear relationship with the absorption peak area of 1724 cm^(–1) in the range of 50%–100%,the correlation coefficient was 0.9996,and the detection limit was 0.045%.The relative standard deviation of the results of parallel samples was 0.51%–0.64%(n=6),the average recovery was 98.7%–101.3%.This method can be used to quickly analyze the grease content in mixed greases.
