摘要
目的 评估境外重点国家新冠肺炎病例输入我国的风险,为北京冬奥会的举办提供公共卫生保障。方法 自世界卫生组织、世界数据网等网站获取2022年1月4-18日的疫情数据和防疫政策信息,依据北京海关制订的《境外新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情输入风险评估方案》,评估亚洲、北美洲、欧洲、大洋洲等12个国家新冠肺炎病例输入我国的风险。结果 经评估,韩国、英国为高风险地区,其他10个国家均为极高风险地区。与两周前相比,英国的输入风险下降,挪威、德国和荷兰的输入风险上升,其他国家风险等级维持在极高风险或高风险水平。结论 2022年1月下旬,境外新冠肺炎输入风险仍处于高或极高水平,建议落实“涉奥”入境人员的口岸检疫和闭环管理。
Objective To assess the risk of imported COVID-19 cases from key countries and provide public health guarantee for the Beijing Winter Olympics Games. Methods The data of COVID-19 pandemic and control during4-18 January 2022 was collected from the website of World Health Organization and Our World in Data. "The Plan for COVID-19 Importation Risk Assessment" formulated by Beijing Customs was implied to conduct the risk assessment on the 12 countries in Asia,North America,Europe and Oceania. Results The risk of importation was high for Korea and the United Kingdom,while the risk was extremely high for the other assessed countries.Compared with two weeks ago,the risk of importation from the United Kingdom decreased,while that from Norway,Germany and Netherlands increased,and the risk for other countries remained at extremely high or high levels.Conclusion The risk of COVID-19 importation was at high or extremely high level in late January 2022. Strict COVID-19 inspection at ports and closed-loop management to Olympic Games related persons were suggested.
