摘要
针对传统巷道支护工艺落后,与现阶段巷道掘进技术无法匹配的情况,提出采用支护部件以及相关支护设备优化设计的方法对巷道支护工艺进行优化改进。通过对支护技术现状分析、支护设备设计以及设备构件设计完成了煤矿巷道掘进锚杆支护工艺研究。对新型支护设备进行力学仿真分析表明,新型支护设备在顶板作用下的部件应力、应变符合要求,可应用于实际生产之中。
In view of the fact that the traditional roadway support technology is outdated and cannot match the current roadway digging technology,this paper proposes to optimize the roadway support technology by using the method of optimizing the design of support components and related support equipment.The analysis of the current status of the support technology,the design of the support equipment and the design of the equipment components completes the research and analysis of the anchor support process for coal mine roadway excavation.The analysis results show that the stress and strain of the components of the new support equipment under the action of the roof plate meet the requirements and can be applied in actual production.
