基于双层博弈优化的光伏电站集群储能租赁配置策略 被引量:14

摘要 在对新能源电站储能配置进行强制性考核的规定下,实施光伏电站集群储能租赁配置与考核,有利于缓解光伏电站储能投资压力和考核管理难度。为此,提出并网光伏电站集群储能租赁配置的双层博弈优化模型。上层:以储能运营商为领导者,以光伏电站集群等多储能用户为跟随者,建立主从博弈储能租赁价格优化模型,实现各利益主体效益最大化;下层:针对光伏电站集群跟随者,提出基于阈值公共品演化博弈的储能租赁优化配置策略,并实施奖惩措施,解决集群中自私个体背叛行为的合作困境问题。仿真结果表明,合理的惩罚及奖励措施有利于光伏集群储能考核任务的达成;基于主从博弈的市场化定价策略能实现储能运营商和储能租赁用户的利益共赢。 Under the mandatory assessment of energy storage configuration of grid-connected new energy power stations,the implementation of cluster energy storage leasing configuration and assessment of photovoltaic power stations is conducive to easing the investment pressure of energy storage of photovoltaic power stations and the difficulty of assessment management.Therefore,a bi-level game optimization model for energy storage leasing configuration of grid-connected photovoltaic power station clusters(PPSC)was proposed.The upper layer was defined:with energy storage operators as the leaders and multiple energy storage users such as PPSC as the followers,a master-slave game energy storage leasing optimization model was established to maximize the net income of each interest subject.The lower layer was defined:for the follower of PPSC,the optimal allocation strategy of energy storage lease based on the threshold public goods game(TPGG)was proposed,implementing reward and punishment measures to solve the cooperation dilemma of selfish individuals in the cluster.The case simulation results show that reasonable punishment and incentive measures are beneficial to the achievement of photovoltaic cluster energy storage assessment task.The market-based pricing strategy based on master-slave game can realize the win-win benefits for both energy storage operators and energy storage leasing users.
