摘要
在构建“人类命运共同体”理念下,孔子学院是促进世界文明发展的国际实践和国际社会评价中国的“象征符号”。孔子学院具有三条运行路径:宏观上官方办学,提供资金与人力资源支撑;中观上社会组织参与,从而形成合作新模式;微观上个体间构建人际关系网络,产生情感认同。如今,孔子学院已从高速度发展阶段转为高质量发展阶段,研究发现孔子学院的运行仍存在多种问题亟待解决。基于此,该文提出多种对策,以推动孔子学院进行系统完善与创新,积极探索构建多元文化共同体、讲述中国故事的新路径,实现高质量发展。
Under the initiative of building a community with a shared future for mankind,Confucius Institute is an international practice for promoting the development of world civilization and a symbol for the international community to evaluate China.Confucius Institute operates on three paths:at the macro level,official schooling provides financial and human resources;at the meso level,social organizations are involved,thus forming a new model of cooperation;at the micro level,interpersonal networks are built between individuals to create emotional identity.Today,Confucius Institute has transitioned from a rapid development stage to the high quality development stage.The investigation discovered that several issues remain unresolved concerning the operation of Confucius Institute.Based on this,this thesis puts forward a variety of countermeasures to promote the systematic improvement and innovation of Confucius Institute,actively explore new ways to build a multicultural community and tell Chinese stories,and achieve high-quality development.
