设计主导EPC模式在工业园区污水处理项目中的应用

摘要 为加快污水处理项目建设进度、提高完成质量、节省工程投资,对污水处理项目采用以设计为主导EPC总承包模式,让设计人员全程参与设计、设备采购、施工及调试运行各阶段。结果表明,当高质量设计团队参与EPC各阶段工作时,在保证工艺方案可行的条件下,通过优化方案可将工期缩短20%~30%,节省工程投资5%~10%;通过参与采购可节省设备采购费2%~5%;通过参与施工服务可减少施工错误返工费用约1%,通过参与调试运行可节省调试时间20%。 In order to speed up the construction progress and improve completion quality of sewage treatment project and save project investment,the design leading EPC general contracting mode is adopted for sewage treatment project,allowing designers to participate in all stages of design,equipment procurement,construction and commissioning.The results show that the construction period can be shortened by 20%-30%and the project investment can be saved by 5%-10%under the condition of ensuring the feasibility of the process plan when the high-quality design team participates in the EPC work at each stage.By participating in procurement,equipment procurement costs can be saved by 2%-5%.By participating in the construction service,the rework cost of construction errors can be reduced by about 1%,and the debugging time can be saved by 20%by participating in the commissioning operation.
