电气设备交接试验智能管控技术研究与应用

摘要 针对当前交接试验工作模式缺乏有效的管控手段,提出一种电气设备交接试验智能管控技术。为了加强电气设备交接试验的过程管控,实现试验人员、试验仪器、试验项目、试验模板、判定规则、试验工程全面管控,提出了2种互为补充的试验数据自动采集实现方法,制定交接试验仪器数据上传通用格式规范,实现试验仪器数据自动采集上传。对于老旧设备,提出了基于候选域的试验仪器数据智能识别方法,实现试验数据一键拍照、智能识别、自动回传。该技术已在某网省公司40余座变电站应用,实现了交接试验全要素管控,每项工程平均缩短试验周期20%以上。 Aiming at the lack of effective management and control methods in the current handover test working mode,an intelligent management and control technology for electrical equipment hand-over test is proposed.In order to strengthen the process control of the electrical equipment handover test and realize the comprehensive control of test personnel,test instruments,test items,test templates,judgment rules,and test projects,two mutually complementary methods of automatic collection of test data arc proposed,where we formulate a standard for uploading test instrument data to realize automatic collection and upload of test instrument data,while an intelligent recognition of test instrument data based on candidate domain is used to automatically identify and return data of old equipment.So far this technology has been applied toin more than 40 substations in some provinces,realizing the full-element management and control of handover test.Each project has shortened the test cycle by 20%on average.
