文化创意产业下视觉传达设计人才培养策略研究——以豫章师范学院为例

摘要 随着信息数字化时代发展,文化创意产业进入新的跨学科融合时代。视觉传达专业是培养文化创意产业专业人才的基础学科之一,面临着巨大的市场机遇与挑战。如何培养适应时代发展与市场需求的人才是目前高校亟待解决的难题。以豫章师范学院为例,分析文化创意产业下视觉传达专业人才培养的现状,进而从课程体系建设、教学模式创新、教学资源优化,以及师资队伍建设等多方面展开深入研究,提出以社会需求为导向的视觉传达专业人才培养模式构想。 With the development of the digital age of information,the cultural and creative industry has entered a new era of interdisciplinary integration.Visual communication major is one of the basic disciplines for cultivating professionals in cultural and creative industries,which is facing huge market opportunities and challenges.How to train talents to match the development of times and market demand is an urgent problem for colleges and universities.This article takes Yuzhang Normal University as an example;it analyzed the present situation of the professional personnel training of the vision communication under the cultural creative industry,and also did plenty research on the curriculum system,teaching mode innovation,optimization of teaching resources and teaching staff construction and the best way for visual communication professional talent training mode according to the social demands.
