摘要
特色小镇开发是中国乡村振兴战略下的新型城镇化发展模式,是解决“三农”问题的新战略新部署。然而近年来,特色小镇的超常规发展过程中出现了一系列矛盾与问题,使得部分特色小镇最后宣告失败。为规范特色小镇的健康高质量发展,国家对特色小镇建设进行了纠偏和规范引导。本研究在湖北省仙桃市沔阳特色小镇发展经验的基础上,分析了沔阳特色文旅小镇创新开发特色路线的优势与问题,以期为后续中国特色小镇发展路径与方向提供参考。
Under the country’s rural rehabilitation policy,the creation of characteristic towns is a new style of urbanization development,and it’s also a new approach and deployment for dealing with the issues relating to agriculture,rural are as and farmers.In the process of remarkable development of characteristic towns in recent years,a number of contradictions and issues have emerged,leading to the failure of some characteristic towns.The state has rectified and standardized the construction of characteristic towns in order to ensure that they develop in a healthy and high-quality way.This study explores the benefits and challenges of developing characteristic routes for Mianyang characteristic cultural tourism towns based on the growth experience of Mianyang characteristic towns in Xiantao City,Hubei Province.It serves as a guide for Chinese characteristic towns to choose their future development paths and directions.
