摘要
目的:研制肝硬化病人出院准备度评估量表,并对其进行信效度检验。方法:参考Meleis转变理论,通过文献回顾、半结构式访谈初步形成条目池,通过德尔菲专家函询法及预调查对条目进行修订,并选取193例肝硬化病人进行调查,检验量表信效度。结果:最终研制的肝硬化病人出院准备度评估量表包含5个维度、31个条目,量表的内部一致性信度为0.953,分半信度为0.969,重测信度为0.914,探索性因子分析提取的5个公因子累计方差贡献率为66.750%,验证性因子分析修正模型后,卡方自由度比为1.910,近似误差平方根为0.069,标准化残差均方根为0.071,递增拟合指数为0.905,Tucker-Lewis指数为0.894,比较拟合指数为0.904,量表条目水平的内容效度为0.875~1.000,量表水平的内容效度为0.964,肝硬化病人出院准备度评估量表与中文版出院准备度评估量表间的校标关联效度为0.748,量表具有良好的聚集、区分效度。结论:肝硬化病人出院准备度评估量表信效度良好,可作为评估肝硬化病人出院准备度的工具。
Objective:To develop discharge readiness assessment scale for patients with liver cirrhosis and test its reliability and validity.Methods:Meleis transformation theory was referenced,item pool was initially formed through literature review and semi-structured interviews.The items were revised by Delphi expert consultation and pre-investigation.193 patients with liver cirrhosis were selected for investigation to test reliability and validity of the scale.Results:The final developed discharge readiness assessment scale for patients with liver cirrhosis included 5 dimensions and 31 items.The internal consistency reliability of the scale was 0.953,the split half reliability was 0.969,and the test-retest reliability was 0.914.The cumulative variance contribution rate of the five common factors extracted by exploratory factor analysis was 66.750%.After modified model in confirmatory factor analysis,the chi-square degree of freedom ratio was 1.910,the root mean square residual was 0.069,the SRMR was 0.071,the incremental fit index was 0.905,the Tucker-Lewis index was 0.894,and the comparative goodness of fit index was 0.904,the item-level content validity index were from 0.875 to 1.000,the scale-content validity index was 0.964,and the calibration correlation validity between discharge readiness assessment scale for patients with liver cirrhosis and Chinese version of The Readiness for Hospital Discharge Scale was 0.748.The scale had good aggregation and discrimination validity.Conclusions:Discharge readiness assessment scale for patients with liver cirrhosis has good reliability and validity,and can be used as a tool to evaluate discharge readiness of patients with liver cirrhosis.
