摘要 冷热电联供系统可实现能源的梯级利用,提高能源利用效率。针对传统自给自足模式易造成区域供能不足或过剩的现象,提出构建虚拟能源站协调优化多个特性互补区域供能的方法。首先基于典型负荷曲线与电力、天然气市场签订中长期交易量,然后根据日前市场购售电价和气价确定虚拟能源站获取最大收益的运行策略。为解决内部负荷不确定性带来的影响,将下方风险引入到虚拟能源站效益最大化的两阶段随机规划模型,通过控制风险因子来制定保证最小收益的决策。通过算例验证了所提模型的可行性和有效性,虚拟能源站在保证用户供能需求的基础上可参与日前市场获取可观的收益,并分析了不同风险控制因子下的收益,为不同风险偏好决策者提供参考。 The combined cooling,heating and power system(CCHP)can be used to realize the cascade utilization of energies and improve the energy utilization efficiency.Focusing on the phenomenon that the traditional self-sufficiency mode is easy to cause insufficient or excess regional energy supply,a method of constructing virtual energy station to coordinate and optimize the energy supply of multiple characteristic complementary regions is proposed.Firstly,the medium and long-term trading volume is signed with the power and natural gas market based on the typical load curve,then the operation strategy for obtaining the maximum revenue of the virtual energy station is determined according to the purchase and sale price of power and gas in the day ahead market.To solve the impact of internal load uncertainty,this paper introduces the downside risk into a two-stage stochastic programming model that maximizes the benefit of virtual energy station,and makes the decision to ensure the minimum benefit by controlling the risk factors.The feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed model are verified through case studies.On the basis of ensuring the energy supply demand of users,the virtual energy station can participate in the day ahead market to obtain considerable benefits.Finally,the benefits under different risk control factors are analyzed,so as to provide reference to decision makers with different risk preferences.
