摘要
辽西地区对农产品冷链物流设施的系统研究起步较晚,冷链设施建设基础相对薄弱。立足乡村振兴工作整体布局,通过查阅文献与实地考察,运用系统分析原理并采用TN法,对当地农产品冷链物流现状进行分析,从战略层面阐述发展农产品冷链物流的重要意义,从需求层面提出本地区冷链设施建设的优化建议,在保障层面从顶层设计、政策扶持、信息化建设等方面对农产品仓储保鲜冷链设施提出对策建议,以期为辽西地区实现乡村全面振兴助力。
The systematic research on cold chain logistics facilities of agricultural products in western Liaoning Province started late,and the construction foundation of cold chain facilities is relatively weak.Based rural revitalization of the overall layout,working on the literature and the on-the-spot investigation,using the principle of system analysis and using the method of TN,this paper analyzes the present situation of local agricultural products cold chain logistics,expounds the significance of the development of agricultural products cold chain logistics from the strategic level,puts forward suggestions for the construction of cold chain facilities in the region from the demand level,and proposes countermeasures from the aspects such as the top design,policy support,information construction of agricultural industry storage preservation cold chain facilities from the security level,in order to provide help for the realization of comprehensive rural revitalization in western Liaoning province.
