摘要
模温机用于控制注塑模具温度,其控温精度直接影响产品质量。针对传统模温机降温问题,采用直接降温导热油方式,设计一种新的降温系统。该降温系统采用冷油混合热油方式调节温度,将导热油分层降温,增大了接触面积,提高了热交换率,有效减少了滞后性问题。
Mould temperature controller is used to control the temperature of injection mould,and its temperature control precision directly affects the product quality.Aiming at the cooling problem of traditional mould temperature controller,a new cooling system is designed by using direct cooling and heat conduction oil.The cooling system adopts the cold oil mixed hot oil method to adjust the temperature,which cools the thermal conductive oil in layers,increases the contact area,improves the heat exchange rate,and effectively reduces the lag problem.
