摘要 为研究高压细水雾灭火系统对小型汽车库汽车轿厢火灾的灭火有效性,采用全尺寸实体试验方法,研究了轿厢火灾在3种开窗状态下的发展及高压细水雾灭火系统的防控效果。结果表明:汽车轿厢发生火灾时,轿厢密闭性及开窗面积对火灾发展及高压细水雾灭火系统的启动影响较大;当车窗玻璃敞开时,轿厢火灾为燃料控制型火灾,燃烧猛烈,高压细水雾灭火系统在起火后122 s便启动,车库顶棚表面测点最高温度为101.8℃;在高压细水雾灭火系统作用下,轿厢火灾得到有效控制,轿厢内温度、车库内温度及车库建筑构件的表面温度均快速降低,相邻汽车表面测点最高温度为54℃,车库防火分隔构件表面测点最高温度为59℃,相邻汽车及建筑构件保持完好,达到了较好的灭火、控火效果。 To study the fire suppression effectiveness of a high-pressure water mist fire-extinguishing system on car compartment fire in small car garages,a full-scale fire test platform was established,and the fire development and the prevention and control effects of high-pressure water mist fire-extinguishing system under three window opening conditions were studied.The results show that the tightness of the car cabin and the size of the open window have a great influence on the fire development and the start-up of the high-pressure water mist fire-extinguishing system.When the windows of the car are fully closed,the fire is extinguished due to a lack of oxygen,and the fire cannot develop continuously.When the windows of the car are opened with a 10 cm hole,the fire in the car cabin is ventilation-controlled,the fire development is limited by the oxygen supply,the fire is not violent and the temperature in the garage rose slowly.The high-pressure water mist fire extinguishing system starts at 1305 s,the highest temperature of the measuring point in the car is about 750℃.When the window glass of the car cabin is open,the car fire is fuel-controlled,the fire is fierce,the temperature in the garage rises quickly,the high-pressure water mist fire-extinguishing system starts at 122 s,and the highest temperature of the measuring point on the roof surface of the garage is 101.8℃.Under the effect of a high-pressure water mist fire-extinguishing system,the car cabin fire can be effectively suppressed in a small garage,the fire does not spread to other areas of the car.The surface temperature of the adjacent car and garage building components is lower,the highest temperature of the adjacent car surface measuring point is 54℃,and the highest temperature of the fire separating component surface measuring point is 59℃.They maintain their integrity throughout the experiment,which shows that the high-pressure water mist fire-extinguishing system achieves a good effect on fire extinguishing,fire control,and structural protectio
