摘要 为了进一步挖掘插电式混合动力客车节能减排的潜力,对传统等效燃油消耗最小策略(Equivalent Consumption Minimization Strategy,ECMS)进行改进,提出了基于实际行驶工况和动力电池荷电状态(State of Charge,SOC)的变等效因子ECMS。首先,基于主成分分析法和K均值(K-means)聚类算法分别构建了4种典型行驶工况和工况识别模型;其次,利用粒子群优化(Particle Swarm Optimization,PSO)算法离线全局优化,以获得4种典型行驶工况类别和不同动力电池SOC下的最优等效因子,构建了离散化等效因子数值库;然后,将工况识别模型和离散化等效因子数值库嵌入传统ECMS,形成了根据当前行驶工况类别和动力电池SOC值自动调用最优等效因子的变等效因子ECMS;最后,在综合工况下将变等效因子ECMS与传统ECMS进行仿真对比,结果表明,提出的变等效因子ECMS使得整车燃油经济性提高了4.52%。 In order to further tap the potential of plug-in hybrid electric bus in energy saving and emission reduction,the traditional Equivalent Consumption Minimization Strategy(ECMS)was improved,a variable equivalent factor ECMS based on the actual driving cycle and the state of charge of the power battery was proposed.Firstly,based on principal component analysis and K-means clustering algorithm,four typical driving cycles and cycle identification models were constructed respectively.Secondly,the Particle Swarm Optimization(PSO)algorithm was used for offline global optimization to obtain the optimal equivalent factors under four typical driving cycles categories and different power battery SOC,and a numerical library of discretized equivalent factors was constructed.Then,the operating cycle identification model and the discretized equivalent factor numerical library were embedded in the ECMS,and a variable equivalent factor ECMS that automatically calls the optimal equivalent factor according to the current driving cycle category and the SOC value of the power battery was formed.Finally,the variable equivalent factor ECMS was simulated and compared with the traditional ECMS under comprehensive operating cycle.The results show that the proposed variable equivalent factor ECMS improves the fuel economy of the vehicle by 4.52%.
