摘要
目的系统检索国内外助产教育相关的文章,总结并分析当前助产专业实践教育的现状、评价助产专业教育实践教学成果、评估实践教育中干预的有效性,为助产专业实践教育的发展提供参考。方法计算机检索PubMed、Web of Science、EMbase、最佳证据医学教育协作网、中国知网、万方数据库。搜集关于助产专业实践教育的随机对照试验,检索时限从2017年1月24日-2022年1月24日。由两名研究者独立筛查文献、提取资料,了解助产实践教育中的应用现状、评价实践教学效果。结果本研究共纳入文献19篇,其中英文文献11篇,中文文献8篇。从助产专业实践教学结果、行为、技能、学生的反馈、完成度五个层面分析干预措施有效性。结论当前助产专业实践教育在蓬勃发展,教学成果显著,能显著提高助产专业学生技能操作,但许多研究成果未得到大规模应用。
Objective Systematic retrieval of midwifery education related articles at home and abroad,summarize and analyze the current status of midwifery professional practice education,evaluate the practical teaching achievements of midwifery professional education,evaluate the effectiveness of intervention in practice education,and provide reference for the development of midwifery professional practice education.Methods PubMed,Web of Science,EMbase,Best Evidence Medical Education Collaboration network,CNKI,Wanfang database were searched by computer.Randomized controlled trials on midwifery professional practice education were collected from January 24,2017 to January 24,2022.Two researchers independently screened literature and extracted data to understand the application status of midwifery practice education and evaluate the effect of practice teaching.Results A total of 19 literatures were included,including 11 English literatures and 8 Chinese literatures.The effectiveness of intervention measures was analyzed from the five levels of midwifery professional practice teaching results,behavior,skills,students’feedback and completion degree.Conclusion At present,midwifery professional practice education is developing vigorously,with remarkable teaching achievements,which can significantly improve the skills and operation of midwifery students,but many research achievements have not been applied on a large scale.
