摘要
近年来,由于全球气候变化的影响,极端气候和重大灾害事故频发,消防救援队伍参与跨区域作战时,在安全管理、通信联络、作战指挥、难点攻关、战勤保障的方面出现了新的困难,对作战效率有一定的影响。从“思想、指挥、战术、保障、协作”五个因素进行分析和研究,提出了如何做好跨区域作战准备的对策,从而确保消防救援队伍能够实现“精准指挥、保障有力、打赢制胜”。
In recent years,due to the impact of global climate change,extreme weather and major disasters have occurred frequently.When fire and rescue teams participate in cross-regional operations,there have been problems in safety management,communication,combat command,difficult problems,and war support.These have a certain impact on combat efficiency.Analysis and research are carried out from the five main factors of"Ideology,Command,Tactics,Support,Cooperation".It puts forward countermeasures on how to prepare for cross-regional operations,so as to ensure that fire and rescue teams to achieve“Precise command,Strong support,Winning the battle”.
