摘要
随着视频监控系统和移动摄录设备的广泛使用,与火灾相关的视频数据资料急剧增加,因火灾视频具有直观性、连续性的特点,在火灾调查工作中发挥着重要的作用。火灾视频的应用,有助于调查人员对痕迹体系的理解、勘验思维的完善,有助于提高火灾调查工作的效率、事故认定的准确性和科学性。通过对2015年某住宅火灾事故进行调查,分析了视频录像的使用意义,以充分发挥视频资料在火灾事故调查中的作用。
With the popularity of video monitoring system and mobile recording equipment,fire-related video data has increased dramatically.Fire video plays an important role in fire investigation because of its intuitive and continuous characteristics,and its application is helpful for investigators to understand the trace system,improving the inspection thinking and the efficiency of fire investigation and the accuracy of accident identification.This paper investigates a fire accident in a residential house in 2015,then analyzes the significance of video recording for fire accident investigation,so as to give full play to the role of video data in fire accident investigation.
