摘要
现阶段,大型综合体单体空间和人员密度不断增加,这给火灾情况下人员安全疏散提出了新的挑战。以百佳城某大型综合体为例,通过分析建筑特点、功能要求、人员状况和消防设施情况,运用性能化分析方法对城市综合体的安全疏散系统进行了综合评估,完善了大型综合体的安全疏散措施。
At this stage,the single space and personnel density of large scale complexes are increasing,which brings new challenges to the problem of personnel safety evacuation under fire conditions.Taking a large-scale complex in Baijia city as an example,by analyzing the building characteristics,functional requirements,personnel conditions and fire-fighting facilities.the performance-based analysis method is used to comprehensively evaluate the safety evacuation system of the urban complexes,and improve the safety evacuation measures of the large scale complexes.
