摘要
神华国华锦界电厂三期2×660 MW机组作为全国首台高位布置机组,其设计面临众多的“第一次”。汽轮发电机组高位布置后,风荷载工况下主厂房纵向和横向水平位移对于汽轮机接口位移和管道设计的影响变得不容忽视。因此,汽轮发电机组高位布置后风荷载工况下主厂房纵向和横向水平位移对于汽轮机接口位移和管道设计的影响是一个需要重点分析的问题。经研究,风荷载产生的高周疲劳可不进行考虑,主要管道交变次数按2500次考虑。
Shenhua Guohua Jinjie Phase III 2660 MW unit of Jinjie Power Plant,as the first high-level layout unit in China,its design is facing many“first time”.After the high layout of the steam turbine generator set,the influence of the longitudinal and horizontal horizontal displacement of the main power house on the displacement of the steam turbine interface and the pipeline design can not be ignored.Therefore,the influence of the longitudinal and transverse horizontal displacement of the main power house on the displacement of the steam turbine interface and the pipeline design should be considered in the specific design.After the study,the high weekly fatigue caused by wind load is not considered,and the number of main pipeline changes is considered as 2500 times.
