摘要
分析YZ-800U造影剂注射装置应用于4D超声下子宫输卵管造影中对诊断可靠性以及患者术中疼痛的影响,评估造影剂注射装置的临床适用性。选取在医院行4D超声下子宫输卵管造影检查的322例患者,按照造影剂推注方式不同分为手工推注组(76例)和注射装置推注组(246例),对疼痛进行分级评估,对比两组患者术中疼痛程度,分析宫腔压力值在评估输卵管通畅中的效用。对比结果提示,YZ-800U造影剂注射装置能够有效降低患者术中疼痛率,两组比较差异有统计学意义(x^(2)=15.12,P<0.05)。同时能够提高造影诊断结果的可靠性,具有良好的临床适用性和应用前景。
To analyze the effect of YZ-800U contrast agent injection device on the diagnostic reliability and intraoperative pain of patients in hysteron-salpingography(HSG)under 4D ultrasound,and assess the clinical applicability of contrast agent injection device.322 patients who underwent HSG under 4D ultrasound were selected and they were divided into manual injection group(76 cases)and injection with injection device group(246 cases)according to the different ways of contrast agent injection,grade the pain.The pains of them were graded and assessed.And the degrees of intraoperative pain between two groups were compared,and then,the effectiveness of pressure value of uterine cavity in assessing the unobstructed fallopian tube was analyzed.The results hinted YZ-800U contrast agent injection device can effectively reduce the degree of intraoperative pain of patients,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(x^(2)=15.12,P<0.05)and improve the reliability of contrast diagnosis results,which has favorable clinical applicability and application prospects.
