某铝合金厢式货箱有限元分析及优化设计 被引量:1

摘要 为验证某铝合金厢式货箱的各项性能是否满足企业要求,基于有限元方法,利用HyperMesh软件对现有货箱进行多工况结构强度分析,将仿真结果与企业标准进行对比,发现货箱结构的不合理之处并对其进行优化设计。通过改进货箱底板前后侧横梁的结构形式,消除了底板总成的应力集中现象,并以底板总成各零件的厚度作为设计变量,在OptiStruct中对其进行尺寸优化,确定了底板总成的轻量化设计方案;为减小箱板变形,在关键部位增加U型加强梁以提高箱板刚度。再次利用HyperMesh软件对改进后的货箱进行结构强度分析,结果显示货箱的各项性能参数均满足企业标准要求。 In order to verify whether the performance of a certain aluminum alloy container can meet the requirements of the enterprise,based on the finite element method,this paper uses HyperMesh software to analyze the structural strength of the existing box under various working conditions,compares the simulation results with the enterprise standard,finds out the unreasonable place of the box structure and optimizes the design.By improving the structure form of the front and back beams of the bottom plate of the container,the stress concentration phenomenon of the bottom plate assembly was eliminated.Taking the thickness of each part of the bottom plate assembly as the design variable,the dimensions were optimized in OptiStruct,and the lightweight design scheme of the bottom plate assembly was determined.In order to reduce the deformation of the box plate,a U-shaped reinforced beam was added at the key position to improve the stiffness of the box plate.Then the HyperMesh software was used to analyze the structural strength of the improved container,and the results showed that all the performance parameters of the container met the requirements of the enterprise standard.
