摘要
文章以圣心医院为例,在挖掘历史信息和现场勘察的基础上,深入分析文物建筑的完损状况,提出保护修缮的目标与实施原则;并根据修缮对象的使用功能,设计有针对性的修缮方案,最终在保护修缮和活化利用方面取得了良好的效果。希望通过对圣心医院保护修缮工程的实践总结,为文物建筑的保护与利用提供一些思路。
With the example of Shengxin Hospital,this paper thoroughly analyzed the damage condition of the historical building on the basis of discovering historic information and on-site survey,proposed goals and implementation rules for protection and renovation;designed specific renovation plan on the basis of utilization functions of the renovating target,and finally achieved favorable effect on protection,renovation and revitalized utilization.It hopes that a train of thought can be offered for protecting and utilizing historical buildings.
