地震应急值班信息即时编发系统设计与实现

摘要 基于Python3.8.10开发环境,利用GUI设计工具(PyQt5.15.4),研发了一套地震应急值班信息即时编发系统。该系统结合网络爬虫、自然语言处理、科学计算相关算法,通过自动提取关键地震信息,利用Haversine公式计算出震中与主要市县距离,绘制辅助图件,按照现有上行报送信息规范自动生成地震应急值班信息。自2021年4月在四川省地震局实际应用以来,已有效应对地震事件70次,有效地减少了地震发生后编报上行地震应急值班信息时的人为失误,简化信息编发过程,提高震后信息编发工作效率。 We used web crawlers,natural language processing,and scientific computing related to subroutines that are based on Python 3.8.10 and PyQt 5.15.4 as GUI design tools,to automatically generate earthquake emergency information by extracting key information.Furthermore,we calculated the distance between the epicenter and major cities and counties using the Haversine formula,and then drew auxiliary graphics.Meanwhile,we followed existing specifications for upstream reporting information.The system was designed and developed to compile and send earthquake emergency information instantly.According to the practical application and testing,the system has been able to reduce the human errors in reporting upward earthquake emergency duty information after an earthquake,which can simplify the process of information compilation and distribution and improve the efficiency of post-earthquake information compilation and distribution.
