摘要
本文以遵义市共青湖沉积物为研究对象,测定其总氮含量。结果表明沉积物总氮含量在0.89%〜1.28%之间,平均值为1.10%,最大值出现在54 cm处,最小值出现在25 cm处。根据铅链定年初步结果,推算共青湖沉积物29 cm处大致对应于1958年前后,此时总氮含量由高向低迅速转换,14〜28 cm段总氮含量处于较低值,30-83 cm段总氮含量较高。通过分析共青湖岩芯总氮含量垂直分布变化特征,可知共青湖沉积物氮含量与当时的人类活动和气候变化情况有着密切关系。
The total nitrogen content of sediments from Gongqing Lake in Zunyi city was determined.The results showed that the total nitrogen content in the sediment ranged from 0.89%to 1.28%,with an average of 1.10%.The maximum value and minimum value appeared at 54cm and 25cm respectively.According to the preliminary dating results of 210Pb and 137Cs,it was estimated that the depth of 29 cm in Gongqing Lake sediment roughly corresponded to 1958,when the total nitrogen content changed rapidly from high to low.The total nitrogen content in 14~28 cm section was at a low value,while much high in the 30-83 cm section.By analyzing the vertical distribution characteristics of total nitrogen content of Gongqing Lake,it can be seen that the nitrogen content in the sediments of Gongqing Lake is closely related to human activities and climate change.
