摘要
社会化生态环境监测机构近年来取得蓬勃发展,但良莠不齐的现象也很明显。在对社会化生态环境监测机构的现场监测进行检查时发现了一些不规范的问题,包括废气监测、水质采样、土壤采样和噪声监测等多种类型。本文对每种监测类型的常见问题做了分析并提出了规范依据。
In recent years,socialized ecological environment monitoring institutions have made vigorous development,but the phenomenon of mixed quality is also obvious.During the on-site monitoring of socialized ecological environment monitoring institutions,some irregular problems were found,including exhaust gas monitoring,water quality sampling,soil sampling and noise monitoring.This paper for each monitoring type,the common problems are analyzed and the nonnative basis is given.
