摘要
室内环境检测采用气相色谱质语联用仪有利于提高检测的精准度,气相色谱质谱联用仪应用在室内环境检测中,发挥了仪器的功效。气相色谱质谱联用仅的日常维护与保养,既要立足于室内环境检测的基本情况,也要采用新技术和新方法做好日常维护工作,并明确维护与保养的频率,注重设备零部件的应用,正确使用维护保养的操作规程,科学进行参数设计,按照标准化操作流程执行,做好截气系统、进样系统、分离系统、检测系统、记录系统的保养维护,要及时更换零部件,清洁零部件,做好维护与保养的全过程管理。本文分析阐述了室内环境检测用气相色谱质谱联用仪的日常维护与保养,分析深讨了仪器在应用过程中存在的问题,明确阐速了日常维护和保养的具体内容。
The use of gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS)in indoor environment detection is conducive to improving the detection accuracy.The application of GC-MS in indoor environment detection has played the role of the instrument.The routine maintenance of gas chromatography-mass spectrometry should not only be based on the basic situation of indoor environment detection,but also adopt new technologies and methods to do a good job in routine maintenance,clarify the frequency of maintenance,pay attention to the application of equipment parts,correctly use the operation procedures for maintenance,scientifically design parameters,implement in accordance with standardized operation procedures,and do a good job in carrier gas system,sampling system,separation system,detection system Record system maintenance,timely replace parts,clean parts,and manage the whole process of maintenance.This paper analyzes and expounds the routine maintenance of gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS)for indoor environment detection,analyzes and discusses the problems existing in the application of the instrument,and clearly expounds the specific contents of routine maintenance.
