摘要 大职业教育观是中华职业教育社黄炎培、江恒源一直秉承的理念,出自于教育的本质就具有职业性的论断并在广义的职业教育范畴予以定位。职业教育必须超越学校教育而具有兼任社会教育的视野,使职前教育与职后教育有效衔接,学历教育与非学历教育协调共进。职业教育需要融入普通教育中,主要发挥职业陶冶作用,这也是改变普通教育积弊的重要举措。职普分立和职普融通均要处理好升学与就业的关系。职业学校教育与职业补习教育(培训)并举,正规职业学校贵精不贵多,需确保办学水平和条件,职业补习教育的发展更具必要性及优势。 The concept of Macro Vocational Education is the concept that Huang Yanpei and Jiang Hengyuan,the founders of China Vocational Education Society, have always adhered to. It comes from the conclusion that education is professional in nature and is positioned in the broad category of vocational education. Vocational education must go beyond school education and have the vision of concurrently serving as social education, so as to effectively connect pre-service education and post-service education, and coordinate education with record of formal schooling and education without record of formal schooling. Vocational education needs to be integrated into general education and mainly play the role of vocational edification, which is also an important measure to change the disadvantages of general education. Both the separation of vocational education from general education and the integration of vocational education with general education should deal with the relationship between further education and employment. Vocational school education and vocational supplementary education(training) should be developed simultaneously. Regular vocational schools are valued for their quality rather than their numbers, and the school-running quality and conditions should be ensured. Thus, the development of vocational remedial education has more necessity and advantages.
