情景模拟培训在托幼机构保育员消毒相关知识培训中的效果评价

摘要 目的:评价情景模拟培训在托幼机构保育员消毒相关知识培训中的应用效果,为加强托幼机构传染病防控提供更有效的方法和科学依据。方法:2018年2-10月选取在上海静安区彭浦新村街道辖区内托幼机构在职的75名女性保育员作为研究对象。采用随机数字表法将研究对象分为对照组和干预组,对照组有37名,干预组有38名。对对照组保育员采用传统培训方式,干预组保育员是在传统培训的基础上增加情景模拟培训。结果:干预后干预组保育员的手卫生设备的配备知晓率、洗手目的知晓率、洗手方法的知晓率以及手部采样合格率均高于对照组(均P <0.05);呼吸道传染病的消毒要求、肠道传染病的消毒要求、日常清洁和消毒的区别、影响消毒效果的因素、含氯消毒液配比方法、环境消毒要求、桌面等物体表面消毒要求等的知晓率高于对照组(P <0.05);在个人防护、消毒液的配置、物体表面消毒这三方面的消毒操作技能评分高于常规培训方法(P <0.05)。干预后干预组物体表面监测合格率高于对照组(96.88%比81.25%,P <0.05)。结论:情景模拟培训可明显提高托幼机构保育员消毒相关知识水平和实际专业技能。 Objective:To evaluate the application effect of scenario simulation training in the disinfection related knowledge training of caregivers in kindergartens,in order to provide more effective methods and scientific basis for strengthening the prevention and control of infectious diseases in kindergartens.Methods:From February to October 2018,75 female caregivers working in kindergartens in a community in Pengpuxincun Community of Jingan District,Shanghai were selected as the research subjects.The subjects were divided into a control group and an intervention group by random number table method,and the control group had 37caregivers and the intervention group had 38 caregivers.The caregivers in the control group received the traditional training method,and the caregivers in the intervention group received scene simulation training on the basis of the traditional training.Results:After the intervention,the awareness rate of hand hygiene equipment,the purpose of hand washing,the method of hand washing and the qualified rate of hand sampling of caregivers in the intervention group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);awareness rates of disinfection requirements for respiratory infectious diseases,disinfection requirements for intestinal infectious diseases,difference between daily cleaning and disinfection,factors affecting the disinfection effect,proportioning method of chlorine-containing disinfectant,environmental disinfection requirements,and surface disinfection requirements for desktops and other objects were higher than those in control group(P<0.05);the scores of disinfection operation skills in personal protection,disinfectant preparation and object surface disinfection were higher than those of routine training methods(P<0.05).After the intervention,the qualified rate of object surface monitoring in the intervention group was higher than that in the control group(96.88% vs 81.25%,P<0.05).Conclusion:Scenario simulation training can significantly improve the disinfection related knowledge level a
