摘要
对3104铝合金热轧板进行不同压下率(53.6%、76.4%、88.2%)的冷轧,再对冷轧板进行退火处理,并采用XRD与EBSD分析该过程中的织构演变。试验结果表明,随着冷轧压下率的增加,样品的织构由较强的Cube立方织构逐步转变为以Brass、S和Copper织构为主导。经退火处理后,3件退火板的织构分布均匀,其Brass、S和Copper织构均减弱,同时Cube织构有所回复,且压下率越大,Cube织构的回复量也越大。
A piece of 3104 aluminum alloy hot rolled plate was cold rolled with different reduction rates(53.6%、76.4%、88.2%),and then annealing.The texture evolution was characterized by XRD and EBSD.The results indicated that with the increase of cold rolling reduction rates,Cube texture in cold rolled plates gradually transformed into Brass,S and Copper textures.After annealing treatment,the texture distribution of these samples were uniform,and Brass,S and Copper textures weakened,meanwhile Cube texture recovered.With the increase of cold rolling reduction rates,the recovery quantity of Cube texture in annealing plates also increased.
