摘要
目的 汉化抑郁症病耻感量表(DSS),并检验其在社区人群中的信效度。方法 通过翻译、回译、专家委员会评议、预调查,形成中文版抑郁症病耻感量表。对2000名社区居民进行抑郁症病耻感调查,采用临界比值法和Pearson相关分析对量表进行条目分析;Cronbach′s α系数和重测信度评价量表的信度;经专家测评评定量表的内容效度,因子分析评价量表的结构效度。结果 DSS量表各条目的内容效度指数(I-CVI)为0.778~1.000,量表水平的内容效度指数(S-CVI)为0.914。探索性因子分析提取两个公因子,各条目的因子归属情况与原量表保持一致。进一步验证性因子分析结果显示模型的契合度良好。个人病耻感维度、感知病耻感维度、量表总分的Cronbach′s α系数分别为0.710、0.810、0.812,P<0.001;重测信度分别为0.902、0.734、0.901,P<0.001。结论 中文版抑郁症病耻感量表经文化调适后在中国社区人群中具有良好的信效度,可用于社区居民对抑郁症患者的态度、抑郁症患者自身的病耻感水平的测评。
Objective To develop the Chinese version of depression stigma scale(DSS) and test its reliability and validity in community residents. Methods The English version of DSS was translated into Chinese, back translated, and then subsequently subjected to expert committee review and pre-testing.2000 community residents were selected to complete the investigation of depression stigma.The critical ratio method and Pearson correlation analysis were used for item analysis.Cronbach′s α coefficients and retest reliability were used to test its reliability, content validity was measured by experts′ responses, and construct validity was assessed by using factor analysis. Results The item level content validity index(I-CVI) ranged from 0.778 to 1.000,and the scale level content validity index(S-CVI) was 0.914.Two factors were extracted from the exploratory factor analysis, the attribution of the factors of each item were consistent with the original scale.The results of confirmatory factor analysis showed that the model fit well.The Cronbach′s α coefficients for person stigma subscale, perceived stigma subscale and the total scores of Chinese version of DSS were 0.710,0.810,0.812(P<0.001),respectively.Test-retest reliabilities were 0.902,0.734,0.901(P<0.001),respectively. Conclusion The Chinese version of DSS had good validity and reliability among residents after cross-culture adaptation, and it could be used to evaluate residents′ attitude toward depression and the stigma level of depressed patients.
