摘要
凝胶贴膏剂(Gel Plaster,GP)是一种新型透皮给药载体,由药物与适宜的亲水性基质制备而成,具有与皮肤相容性高、刺激性小、载药量大、生物利用度高的特点,可适用于各类人群。GP现多用于中药复方制剂,是传统膏药的替代品。成型工艺是GP制备过程中的关键,中药成分复杂,对GP的成型影响较大。近年来,中药凝胶贴膏剂的成型研究较多,但是目前主要关注于辅料的筛选以及基质配比研究。作者结合国内外GP有关文献,对中药GP的常用药物成分进行分析,发现脂溶性成分最适宜作为凝胶贴膏剂。同时,作者对中药凝胶贴膏剂成型过程的关键工艺概况进行了总结与分析,以期为中药GP的进一步研究开发与产业化推广提供借鉴参考。
Gel Plaster(GP)is a new type of transdermal drug delivery carrier,which is prepared from drugs and a suitable hydrophilic matrix.It has high skin compatibility,low irritation,and large drug loading.The feature of high bioavailability can be applied to all kinds of people.GP is now mostly used in traditional Chinese medicine compound preparations and is a substitute for traditional plasters.The molding process is the key to the preparation of GP,and the composition of traditional Chinese medicine is complex,which has a greater impact on the molding of GP.In recent years,there have been many studies on the formation of traditional Chinese medicine gel plasters,but currently the main focus is on the selection of excipients and the study of matrix ratios.The author combined with the relevant domestic and foreign GP literature to analyze the commonly used pharmaceutical ingredients of traditional Chinese medicine GP,and found that the fat-soluble ingredients are most suitable as gel patches.At the same time,the author summarized and analyzed the key process overview of the forming process of traditional Chinese medicine gel plaster,hoping to provide a reference for the further research and development and industrialization of traditional Chinese medicine GP.
