摘要
为了满足北京冬奥会期间国内外旅客票务服务的多元化需求,构建面向冬奥的京张高速铁路智能票务技术体系,包括基于京张高速铁路冬奥全流程出行链识别的票制协同、双语场景下的京张高速铁路购票体验与交互协作优化、京张高速铁路全时区国际化售票需求与服务能力匹配、面向冬奥的京张高速铁路票务运营保障、基于冬奥旅客出行服务数据模型的售票隐私保护、基于深度学习的冬奥旅客验检票人像识别和多语言智能票务客服等技术。通过对这7项关键技术的研究,研发出一系列成果并在冬奥期间应用,实现了面向冬奥的京张高速铁路智能票务服务应用示范的目标。实践证明,这些成果提升了京张高速铁路票务服务智能化水平,助力了冬奥会的成功举办。
An intelligent ticketing technology system for the Beijing-Zhangjiakou High Speed Railway oriented towards the Winter Olympics was built to meet the diversified needs of Chinese and international passengers for ticketing services during the Beijing Winter Olympics.This system involves ticket system coordination based on the identification of travel chains on the Beijing-Zhangjiakou High Speed Railway during the whole process of the Winter Olympics,optimization of ticketing experience and interaction and collaboration provided by Beijing-Zhangjiakou High Speed Railway in bilingual scenarios,matching between international ticketing demands and service capabilities of Beijing-Zhangjiakou High Speed Railway in the whole time zone,ticketing operation guarantee of Beijing-Zhangjiakou High Speed Railway oriented towards the Winter Olympics,ticketing privacy protection based on a data model of passenger travel services during the Winter Olympics,deep learning-based facial recognition for passenger ticket checking during the Winter Olympics,and multilingual intelligent ticketing customer service.A series of achievements were made with these seven key technologies and applied during the Winter Olympics,and the goal of application demonstration of the intelligent ticketing service provided by the Beijing-Zhangjiakou High Speed Railway oriented towards the Winter Olympics was thereby fulfilled.Practice has proved that these achievements have improved the intelligent level of ticketing services Beijing-Zhangjiakou High Speed Railway provides and contributed to the successful hosting of the Winter Olympics.
