摘要
一体化模式的城镇空间生态修复是以“生命共同体”理念为指导,面向全域国土空间开展的系统性生态修复。一体化模式的城镇空间生态修复对象是城镇空间内受损的生态环境要素和生态系统,修复原则是保持生态修复范围的完整性、注重生态修复方式的系统性、坚持生态修复目标和手段的综合性。从区域和单个城市尺度分析城镇空间存在城市群和都市圈的生态空间结构受损,城乡结合区的生态用地质量下降、生态网络连续性差,城镇核心区的生态空间遭受侵占、环境污染形势严峻等生态问题。提出了建设城市群和都市圈生态屏障、综合整治城乡结合地区生态问题、提升城镇生态系统服务功能等城镇空间生态修复策略。
Urban space's eco-restoration in the integrated mode is guided by the concept of"life community",and is carried out for the systematic eco-restoration of the whole territorial space.The object of eco-restoration of urban space in the integrated mode is the damaged eco-elements and ecosystems in urban space,and the principles are to maintain the integrity of the eco-restoration scope,to focus on the systemic nature of eco-restoration methods,and to insist on the integration of of eco-restoration goals and means.This paper analyzes the eco-problems in urban space from regional and individual city scales,such as the damaged eco-spatial structure of urban clusters and metropolitan areas,the declining eco-land quality and poor eco-network continuity in urban-rural combination areas,and the encroachment of eco-space and severe forms of environmental pollution in urban core areas.This paper proposes strategies for eco-restoration of urban space such as building eco-barriers in urban clusters and metropolitan areas,comprehensive improvement of eco-problems in urban-rural combination areas,and improving the functions of urban ecosystem services.
