摘要
由于视频在采集、存储等过程中会受到噪声等因素的影响,从而降低视频图像的质量,所以需要构建有效的视频质量评价方法。以人类视觉系统对视频图像质量的感知原理为基础,设计了基于运动感知和结构相似度的无线视频质量评价方法。通过计算视频的运动信息内容,分析视频在无线信道传输过程中受噪声干扰而产生的感知程度,将运动信息内容和感知程度结合作为时域加权因子,计算视频中每帧图像质量得到视频质量。仿真结果表明,该视频质量评价方法与人类主观质量评价具有较好的一致性。
In the process of video collection, storage, etc., due to the influence of factors such as noise, which will reduce the quality of the video image, it is necessary to construct an effective video quality evaluation method. Based on the human visual system′s perception of video image quality, a wireless video quality evaluation method based on motion perception and structural similarity is designed. By calculating the motion information content of the video, analyzing the degree of perception that the video is disturbed by noise during wireless channel transmission, combining the content of the motion information and the degree of perception as a time-domain weighting factor, calculating the quality of each frame in the video to obtain the video quality. The simulation results show that the video quality evaluation method has good consistency with human subjective quality evaluation.
