摘要
关于痴呆,中医和现代医学都认为情志因素对认知功能障碍的发生发展造成不良影响,但其机制仍不明确。RNA的N6-甲基腺嘌呤(m6A)修饰具有广泛的生物学效应,在胚胎发育、干细胞更新分化、细胞重编程等多种生物过程中起着关键作用,为探索情志内伤致痴呆的发生机制提供了新的线索。研究发现,多种情绪障碍、应激刺激均可诱发m6A修饰异常,而m6A修饰异常又与认知功能障碍高度相关。鉴于此,本文就不同种类情绪障碍、应激刺激对m6A修饰的影响,以及m6A修饰异常与认知功能障碍的相关性等研究进行梳理,以期为从RNA的m6A修饰角度探讨情志内伤致痴呆的机制提供借鉴。
Regarding dementia,both TCM and modern medicine believe that emotional factors have an adverse effect on the occurrence and development of cognitive dysfunction,but the mechanism is still unclear.M6A modification of RNA has a wide range of biological effects,and plays a key role in various cellular biological processes such as embryonic development,stem cell regeneration and differentiation,and cell reprogramming.It provides a new clue for exploring the mechanism of dementia caused by emotional injury.Studies have found that a variety of mood disorders and stress stimulation can induce m6A modification abnormalities,and m6A modification abnormalities are highly correlated with cognitive impairment.In view of this,this article mainly reviewed the research status of the influence of different kinds of emotional disorders,and stress stimulation on m6A modification,and the correlation of abnormal modification with cognitive dysfunction,so as to provide references for exploring the mechanism of dementia caused by emotional injury from the perspective of m6A modification of RNA.
