摘要
目的探究格林模式对幽门螺杆菌(Hp)阳性慢性胃溃疡(CGU)患者遵医行为及生活质量的影响。方法选取信阳市中心医院2020年1月至2021年5月收治的122例Hp阳性CGU患者,按随机数字表法分成对照组(N=61)和观察组(N=61)。对照组接受常规护理干预,观察组于对照组基础上予以格林模式护理干预。比较两组遵医行为、干预前后自我效能感量表(GSES)、生活质量综合评定问卷(GQOLI-74)、病症知识掌握度、焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分。结果观察组遵医行为较对照组优,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后观察组GSES评分较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后观察组GQOLI-74评分较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后观察组疾病概念、合理用药、注意事项、并发症预防评分较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后观察组SAS、SDS评分较对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论格林模式应用于Hp阳性CGU患者可有效提高病症知识掌握度,优化遵医行为,提升自我效能感,调节心理状态,提高生活质量。
Objective To investigate the effect of the Greene model on compliance behavior and quality of life in patients with Helicobacter pylori(Hp)-positive chronic gastric ulcer(CGU).Methods A total of 122 HP-positive CGU patients admitted to Xinyang Central Hospital from January 2020 to May 2021 were selected and divided into control group(N=61)and observation group(N=61)according to the random number table method.The control group received routine nursing intervention,and the observation group received Green model nursing intervention on the basis of the control group.The compliance behavior,self-efficacy scale(GSES),Quality of life questionnaire(GQOLI-74),disease knowledge mastery,self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS)scores before and after intervention were compared between the two groups.Results The compliance behavior of observation group was better than that of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the GSES score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the GQOLI-74 score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of disease concept,rational drug use,precautions and complication prevention in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of Green model in HP-positive CGU patients can effectively improve the mastery of disease knowledge,optimize compliance behavior,improve self-efficacy,adjust psychological state,and improve the quality of life.
