摘要
目的评估血塞通软胶囊对冠状动脉粥样硬化斑块的干预作用。方法120例冠状动脉粥样硬化患者,随机分为对照组及实验组,每组60例。对照组给予常规阿司匹林肠溶片+阿托伐他汀钙片治疗,实验组在对照组基础上加用血塞通软胶囊治疗。比较两组治疗前后心电图疗效、冠状动脉造影疗效、不良反应发生情况及治疗前后动脉粥样硬化斑块体积。结果实验组患者的心电图总有效率80.00%明显高于对照组的61.67%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组冠状动脉造影总有效率70.00%明显高于对照组的51.67%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者的动脉粥样硬化斑块体积比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组患者的动脉粥样硬化斑块体积均较本组治疗前减小,且实验组动脉粥样硬化斑块体积(34.17±5.51)mm^(3)明显小于对照组的(46.68±5.24)mm^(3),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者在治疗期间均未发生明显的不良反应。结论血塞通软胶囊配合西药治疗冠状动脉粥样硬化,可以有效控制病情发展,并减小动脉粥样硬化斑块体积,对斑块有消退作用,值得推广应用。
Objective To evaluate the intervention effect of Xuesaitong soft capsule on coronary atherosclerotic plaque.Methods A total of 120 patients with coronary atherosclerosis were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional aspirin enteric-coated tablets and atorvastatin calcium tablets,and the experimental group was additionally treated with Xuesaitong soft capsule on the basis of the control group.The electrocardiogram efficacy,coronary angiography efficacy,occurrence of adverse reactions,and volume of atherosclerotic plaque before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of electrocardiogram in the experimental group was 80.00%,which was significantly higher than 61.67%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of coronary angiography in the experimental group was 70.00%,which was significantly higher than 51.67%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in the volume of atherosclerotic plaque between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the volume of atherosclerotic plaque in the two groups was reduced compared with that before treatment in this group,and the volume of atherosclerotic plaque(34.17±5.51)mm^(3)in the experimental group was significantly smaller than(46.68±5.24)mm^(3)in the control group.All the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).No obvious adverse reactions occurred in the two groups during the treatment.Conclusion Xuesaitong soft capsule combined with western medicine can effectively control the development of coronary atherosclerosis,reduce the volume of atherosclerotic plaque,and have a more regressive effect on plaque,which is worthy of promotion and application.
