不同水分条件下西鄂尔多斯三种荒漠灌木光合生理特征 被引量:2

Physiological Characteristics of Three Desert Shrubs in West Ordos under Different Water Conditions

摘要 霸王(Zygophyllum xanthoxylon),白刺(Nitraria tangutorum)和四合木(Tetraena mongolica)是生长在西鄂尔多斯荒漠地区的三种蒺藜科灌木,其在干旱的环境条件下形成了独特的生理生态适应性。本研究比较了不同水分条件下三种植物的光合生理特性,结果表明,灌水后三种植物的净光合速率(Pn)日均值要小于灌水前,但三者的Pn在上午7:00和9:00时都有明显升高,且呈现出“双峰型”日变化。与灌水前相比,霸王和白刺的蒸腾速率日均值增大,而四合木的日均值减小;灌水后三种植物的水分利用效率日均值都高于灌水前。研究表明,霸王和白刺的蒸腾作用对土壤水分供给的响应比光合作用敏感,而四合木对水分条件的快速变化不敏感,其气孔导度甚至比灌水前要小。荒漠灌木能够通过改变其水分利用效率和其他生理特性来适应土壤水分的变化,但不同植物采用的策略有所不同。 Zygophyllum xanthoxylon,Nitraria tangutorum and Tetraena mongolica are three kinds of Zygophyllaceae shrubs,which grow in the desert area of west Ordos and form ecological adaptability in arid environment.This study focus on the physiological characteristics of the three plants under different water conditions.The results showed that the daily average value of net photosynthetic rate(Pn)of the three plants after irrigation were smaller than that before irrigation.However,the Pn of the three plants increased significantly at 7:00 and 9:00 in the morning,and the diurnal variation of Pn showed a bimodal pattern.Compared with before irrigation,the daily average value of transpiration rate(E)of Z.xanthoxylon and N.tangutorum increased,and the E of T.mongolica decreased.The daily average value of water use efficiency of the three plants after irrigation is higher than that before irrigation.The analysis showed that the transpiration of Z.xanthoxylon and N.tangutorum responded faster than the photosynthesis to the short-term supply of soil water,while T.mongolica was not sensitive to rapid changes in water conditions,and its stomatal conductance was even smaller than before irrigation.It is concluded that desert shrubs can adapt to changes in soil moisture by changing physiological characteristics and water use efficiency,but the strategies adopted by different plants reflect the divergence.
