摘要 为解决大型油浸式变压器内部故障检测困难的问题,设计一种基于仿生机器鱼的油浸式变压器故障检测平台。首先,基于仿生设计原理,采用双尾鳍与两自由度胸鳍组合驱动方法,开展仿生机器鱼结构设计;通过集成摄像头、控制器、传感器系统等,赋予仿生机器人复杂环境下检测能力。然后,开展中继通信系统端、接收端功能设计,实现信息中继传输以及仿生机器鱼实时操控等功能。最后,通过开展110 kV变压器内部故障检测实验,证明基于仿生机器鱼的故障检测平台能够实现油浸式变压器的故障检测。 In order to solve the problem of difficult detection of internal faults in large oil-immersed transformers, a fault detection platform for oil-immersed transformers based on bionic robotic fish was designed.First, based on the principle of bionic design, the combined driving method of dual tail fins and two degrees of freedom pectoral fins was used to carry out the structural design of the bionic robotic fish.By integrating cameras, controller, sensor systems, etc.,the bionic robot was given the ability to detect in complex environments.Then, the functional design of the relay communication system end and the receiving end was carried out, and the functions of information relay transmission and real-time control of the bionic robotic fish were realized.Finally, by carrying out the internal fault detection experiment of 110 kV transformer, it was proved that the fault detection platform based on the bionic robotic fish can realize the fault detection of oil-immersed transformer.
