摘要
目的:基于组态视角,了解全科医学规培生的职业认同现状并探究影响规培生职业认同的最佳条件组合,剖析影响规培生职业认同的多重并发因果关系及多元路径,为提升规培生职业认同、加强基层医疗队伍建设提供参考。方法:运用模糊集定性比较分析规培生职业认同各因素间的联动关系。结果:全科医学规培生的职业认同总分为(3.77±0.59)分。学习动机、执业环境是形成规培生职业认同的充分不必要条件;单个前因变量不足以构成职业认同的必要条件,需要各因素组合发挥作用。促进规培生职业认同提升的路径共有三条,其中学习动机、执业环境和医学教育的条件组合能够解释总案例的61.9%,是提升规培生职业认同感的主要途径。结论:全科医学规培生的职业认同处于中等偏上水平,仍有较大的提升空间;学习动机、医学教育、执业环境以及人际关系自变量在相互条件组合时,对全科医学规培生职业认同的提升有促进作用。
Objective To understand the status of the professional identity of general practice students, explore the best conditions combination that affect their professional identity in view of configuration, and analyze the multiple concurrent causality and multiple paths that affect their professional identity of the general practice students, so as to provide a reference for enhancing their professional identity and strengthening the construction of the grassroots medical team. Methods Fussy Set of Qualitative Comparative Analysis was used to analyze the linkage relationship among the various factors of professional identity of general practice students. Results The total score of professional identity of general practice students was(3.77±0.59). Learning motivation and working environment are the sufficient and unnecessary conditions for the formation of professional identity for general practice students. Single antecedent variances could not be necessary conditions, which require the combination to play a role. There exists three paths to promote the professional identity of general practice students, in which the combination of learning motivation, working environment and medical education can explain 61.9% of the total cases, which is the main path to enhance the professional identity of general practice students. Conclusion The professional identity of general practice students is above the average level, which can be further improved. The combination of learning motivation, medical education, working environment and interpersonal relationship can promote the improvement of the professional identity of general practice students.
