摘要
党的十九大报告中提出“要坚持农业农村优先发展,按照产业兴旺、生态宜居、乡风文明、治理有效、生活富裕的总要求,建立健全城乡融合发展体制机制和政策体系,加快推进农业农村现代化。”在乡村振兴视域下,村党支部发挥好战斗堡垒作用,而作为农村党支部带头人——农村党支部书记,既是执行者,又是受益者,如何提高素质,充分发挥“领头雁”作用是一项重大课题。该文以贵州省红色美丽村庄试点村为例,对村党支部书记队伍建设的重要性、党支部书记工作职责进行阐述,探析乡村振兴视域下贵州农村基层党支部书记需要具备的能力。
In the report of the 19th CPC National Congress,it is proposed that we should give priority to the development of agriculture and rural areas and establish and improve the system,mechanism and policy system for the integrated development of urban and rural areas in accordance with the general requirements of industrial prosperity,ecological livability,rural civilization,effective governance and affluent life.We will speed up the modernization of agriculture and rural areas.In the view of rural revitalization,the village party branch plays a good role as a fighting fortress,and as the leader of the rural party branch,the secretary of the rural Party branch is not only the executor,but also the beneficiary,how to improve the quality and give full play to the role of "leading figure" is an important issue.Taking the pilot village of Red Beautiful Village in Guizhou Province as an example,this paper expounds the importance of the construction of village Party branch secretaries and the duties of Party branch secretaries,and probes into the abilities that Guizhou rural grass-roots Party branch secretaries need to possess from the perspective of rural revitalization.
