摘要
目的:观察人性化关怀护理干预模式在直肠癌患者中的应用效果。方法:将80例直肠癌患者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组40例。对照组患者采用常规护理干预模式,观察组在对照组的基础上采用人性化关怀护理,比较2组患者护理前后的生活质量和护理后不同时点的疼痛情况。结果:护理前2组患者的生活质量评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),护理后观察组患者生活质量评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05);护理后,观察组患者在3d、6d、9d的疼痛评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:人性化关怀护理干预模式能够明显提高患者的生活质量,同时可明显减轻患者疼痛,效果显著。
Objective To observe the effect of humanized care and nursing intervention mode in rectal cancer patients.Methods 80patients with rectal cancer were randomly divided into control group(n=40,treated with routine nursing intervention mode)and observation group(n=40,treated with humanized care and nursing based on the control group),the quality of life before and after nursing and the pain at different time points after nursing were compared between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in the score rating on quality of life between the two groups before nursing(P<0.05),and the score rating on quality of life of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group after nursing(P<0.05);after nursing,the scores ratings on pain of the patients in the observation group were lower than those in the control group at 3,6and 9days(P<0.05).Conclusion Humanized care and nursing intervention mode can significantly improve the quality of life of patients,and can significantly reduce patients’pain,with significant effect.
