摘要
目的:观察肛瘘切除术联合挂线法治疗高位肛瘘的效果。方法:将96例高位肛瘘患者随机分为A组和B组,每组48例。A组患者采用肛瘘切除术联合挂线法治疗,B组患者仅给予肛瘘切除术治疗,比较2组治疗效果。结果:术后A组患者创口愈合时间短于B组(P <0.05),肛门功能评分、疼痛评分及随访1年复发率均低于B组(P <0.05),治疗满意度高于B组(P <0.05)。结论:肛瘘切除术联合挂线法治疗高位肛瘘具有创口愈合时间短,疼痛轻,肛门功能恢复快,复发率低,患者满意度高等优点。
Objective To observe the effect of anal fistula resection combined thread-drawing procedure in the treatment of high anal fistula. Methods Randomly divided 96patients with high anal fistula treated in author’s hospital into group A(48cases,received anal fistula resection plus thread-drawing procedure)and group B(48cases,alone resection for anal fistula);then,compared both groups’ effect. Results In postoperative wound healing time,in postoperative score ratings on anal function and pain,in the recurrence rate after 1-year follow-up,and in the satisfactory degree to treatment group A was respectively shorter,lower,lower,and higher than group B(all,P <0.05). Conclusion Anal fistula resection combined thread-drawing procedure in the treatment of high anal fistula has such merits as shorter wound healing time,slighter pain,faster anal function recovered,lower recurrence rate,and higher satisfactory degree of patients.
