摘要
针对梅家沟隧道软岩工程特性,参建各方研讨了多种技术方案,并选取试验段对各方案进行现场试验验证,以期有效控制围岩变形及工程质量;结合现场实际及监控量测结果对支护效果进行评价。现场实践表明,不同加固方案对于软岩地质具有不同的变形抑制作用。对现有初支二次加固方案进行优化,并通过FLAC数值模拟阐述初支二次加固的必要性以及施作时机选择的重要性。本文研究方法及结果丰富了软岩隧道施工技术,对于今后类似隧道的修建具有重要借鉴意义。
According to the soft rock engineering characteristics of Meijiagou Tunnel site, all parties involved discussed a variety of technical schemes, and selected the test section to conduct on-site test verification of each scheme in order to effectively control the surrounding rock deformation and engineering quality. Combined with the field situation and monitoring measurement, the support effect was evaluated. The field practice shows that different reinforcement schemes have different deformation suppression actions for the soft rock geology. The existing secondary reinforcement scheme of the primary support is optimized, and the necessity of secondary reinforcement for the primary support and the importance of construction timing are expounded through FLACnumerical simulation calculation. The research methods and results enrich the construction technology of soft rock construction and has important reference significance for similar tunnel construction.
